Mr. Mazhar ul Haq Siddiqui (Chairman)
Mr. Siddiqui is one of Pakistan's senior most civil servants and an eminent educationist. He has held many senior positions with the Government of Pakistan. He has served in the Tax department in various capacities including the Commissioner of Income Tax. He served the Provincial Governments as Secretary Education, Finance and Service and General Administration Departments. He has served the Federal Government as Secretary Establishment, Economic Affairs, Education, Management Services, Economic Affairs Statistics and Youth Affairs Divisions. He also served as Vice Chancellor of Sindh University during 1984-88 and 2001-2008. He also held the positions of Chairman, National Insurance Corporation and Member, Federal Public Services Commission.
Mr. Munawar Alam Siddiqui (Director)
Mr. Munawar Alam Siddiqui retired as an Air Commodore from the Pakistan Air Force in 2003. His last post was Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Administration) at Pakistan Air Force Headquarters. For his meritorious services to the PAF, he was awarded Tamgha-e-Imtiaz (Military) and Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Military).
He was commissioned in the GD(P) Branch of the Pakistan Air Force in 1974. He is a qualified flying instructor and has flown over 8000 hours on different aircraft including C-130, Boeing-707 and Dassault Falcon 20. He has served as a VVIP and Presidential pilot during his tenure of service and has held various key Command and Staff appointments in the PAF. He served as Director of Air Transport at Air Headquarters from 1996 to 1998 and commanded an operational air force base with over 8,500 personnel from 2000 to 2002.
Mr. Siddiqui holds an M. Sc. in Defence and Strategic Studies from Quaid-e-Azam University, an M. Sc. in Strategic Studies from Karachi University, a B. Sc. (Honours) in War Studies from Karachi University and B. Sc. Avionics from Peshawar University.
He is Chairman JS Investments Limited and Peregrine Aviation (Private) Limited (Formerly JS Air (Pvt) Limited) and serves as Director on the boards of Jahangir Siddiqui & Co. Limited, JS Value Fund Limited, JS ABAMCO Commodities Limited, & Jahangir Siddiqui Foundation, Karachi Education Initiative and Karigar Training Institute.
Ms. Sultana Siddiqui (Director)
Ms. Siddiqi is a leading producer / director renowned in the Entertainment and Media Industry for her famous productions. She has to her credit the introduction of some of the most renowned talents in Pakistan. Her top notch performances have been recognized through several awards and acclamations and she has received in her professional career some of the noteworthy achievements including PTV award as '10 Years Best Producer Awards', Silver Jubilee Award for the Children, and 'Business and Professional Women Gold Medal'
Her understanding of the social causes and sensitivity to the needs of the culture and society are not only reflected in her dramas and various productions but also in her contribution towards social causes. She represented PTV at various international forums. She is a senior member of Pakistan Arts Council as well as advisory committee member of Federation of Business and Professional Women, Pakistan.
Mr. Duraid Qureshi (CEO)
Mr. Qureshi was the Chief Executive of Moomal Productions Private Limited, one of the leading production houses in Pakistan which is producing for private channels and PTV. He was also the Founder Executive of Eye Entertainment, one of the most successful media marketing companies in Pakistan. Mr. Qureshi also started Advanced Media Marketing as a partnership firm to be the one of the largest advertising revenue-generating firms for television in Pakistan from the programs it marketed. He also acted as Resident Director / Chief Operating Officer of Al-Abbas Sugar Mill Ltd. Mr. Qureshi completed his Masters in Business Administration from Lahore University of Management Sciences in 1997 and also completed an advance management program from Harvard Business School in 2009, and had working experience at Citibank N.A., and Bank of America.
Mr. Abdul Hamid Dagia (Director)
Mr. Abdul Hamid Dagia worked at senior management level in Smith Kline & French of Pak Ltd., KESC, Jahangir Siddiqui Co.Ltd. and Jahangir Siddiqui Investment Bank Limited, He was a member of Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Ltd and member of its Finance & Taxation sub-committee. Has served on the board of several prominent listed and unlisted companies, including the first SECP (Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan) he was also nominee director of central Depository Co. of Pakistan ltd and minority elected director of Pakistan reinsurance Co.Ltd. (Pakre) and also Chairman Audit Committee (Pakre) he is presently Director of Al-Abbas Sugar Mills Limited, Hum Network Limited, Jahangir Siddiqui & Sons Limited, The Eastern Express Company (Pvt.)Limited . Founder of DATA recall that owns and operates the largest record storage and management facility in Pakistan also founder of Technology Trade (Pvt.) Limited (1992) now is the largest Balloter, Share Register & Transfer Agent service provider in Pakistan.
Mr. Shunaid Qureshi (Director)
Mr. Shunaid Qureshi is one of the most prominent industrialists of Pakistan. He is currently the C.E.O/Managing Director of Al-Abbas Sugar Mills public Ltd., Chairman of Falcon-I(Pvt.) Ltd. and Director of Javedan Cement Company Ltd. He is also the founder of many successful companies including Al-Abbas Sugar Mills Ltd. and Falcon-I (Pvt.) Ltd. Under Mr. Qureshi's leadership, Al-Abbas Sugar Mills has become one of the most successful sugar companies in Pakistan. Mr. Qureshi has made Falcon-I the fastest growing automobile tracking company in the country.
In the past Mr. Qureshi has served as Chairman of Pakistan Sugar Mills Association, where he lead the effort of defining the policy for Co-generation by sugar industry in Pakistan. Mr. Qureshi has also served twice as Chairman Pakistan Sugar Mills Association (Sindh Zone). He received his Bachelors in Industrial Engineering from Mehran University, Sindh where he earned first position and three Gold Medals.
Ms. Mahtab Akbar Rashidi (Director)
Mahtab Akbar Rashidi, a lady with great enthusiasm and spirit came into the education scenario of our system with a will to do something for the young generation of our country. She faced all hurdles so bravely that she doesn't even call it a hurdle. She made her appearance on media from Radio Pakistan and from there onwards she started her journey towards television. The viewers of PTV remember the days when she appeared on the PTV like a storm and made a respectful space in every heart of the Pakistani viewer by her confident and luminous hosting for the various shows she conducted. Having experienced all superior designations in Govt. and in education field.
